十六穀ごはん

これは料理ではありません。。。ごはんに混ぜて炊くだけです♪
白米よりも栄養価が高い。。。
こんなに入ってるんですよ(^^)/
発芽玄米 黒米 赤米 黒豆 小豆 大麦 はと麦 黒ごま 白ゴマ ひえ もちあわ たかきび もちきび キヌア アマランサンス とうもろこし

きいた事のない食品もありました^^;;;;
独身時代 ずっと黒米を食べていました♪
こんなに入らなくても・・・・少し白米と炊くだけでも・・・いいのかもしれません。。。
でも、昔はこういう穀類は安かったですが・・・・健康ブームなのか??高くなったなあと感じます^^;;;
