風邪が流行ってるようです。体調管理を忘れずにｗｗｗと忘れた人間が言うのもなんですが・・・・汗。

この時期は体調管理も難しいですね・・・。外は寒いしけど施設やらは室内が暖かく着込んだりしてると少し汗ばんだりして、そのまま外へ出るとすーっと寒さを感じて風邪を引き起こしたりと・・・。自分の体調管理に加え子供の管理もしないといけないので大変です・・・。日々子供の体調に神経を張り巡らしています。
お互い元気に家族揃って年越しを迎えたいですね＾＾。
